Mental Mindset Training
Mental training plays a crucial role in enhancing an athlete’s performance. It encompasses several key aspects including self regulation, goal setting, motivation, distraction control, focus and re-setting, routines, visualization, work ethic and confidence. Mental toughness can be both innate and developed with practice. Mental skills training is tailored to each athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. Combining mental preparation with physical training helps athletes perform at their best when it matters most.

Session Details
Location:
In Office - meet with a counsellor in an office setting
Duration of Session:
50 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for documentation

Cost: $150

Benefit Coverage:
Trina and Janna are Registered Social Workers. If you have employer benefits, you may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement. Unfortunately, we do not do direct billing at this time.

Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to charge the full cost for any appointment missed without proper notice.
