Athletes will learn the essential elements that go into competition preparation, develop a personalized game day routine, and explore the athlete’s circle of control. Great performances don't happen by chance. Let us help your athletes learn what they need to do to perform at their best when it matters most.
Cancellation Policy
We respect you. When you book with us, we will ensure you are the center of our focus. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by emailing innerathletesk@gmail.com. If you cancel within 24 hours, or miss an appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please understand that missed appointments prevent us from spending our time doing what we love - helping athletes be their best self.
