Sharpen your mental game with the Mental Preparation and Goal Setting Team Talk. Our presentation teaches goal setting, visualization, focus, re-setting, and processing feedback to help you develop a strong athletic mindset.
Cancellation Policy
We respect you. When you book with us, we will ensure you are the center of our focus. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by emailing innerathletesk@gmail.com. If you cancel within 24 hours, or miss an appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please understand that missed appointments prevent us from spending our time doing what we love - helping athletes be their best self.
